Buddy’s Back Yard – Live at Sunken Garden Sundays 6/21/09

Here’s a great live take of Will’s amazing song, “Buddy’s Back Yard,” from a fun evening of music opening for the Infamous Stringdusters back in June.

Blue Moonshine featured in video from Floyd Town Jubilee!

In a news article about the recent Floyd Town Jubilee, our song “Letter to My Brother” was featured as the backing track to the video accompanying the story. Click on the “video” tab beside the picture to check it out!

Both shows this weekend are Top Tickets!

Both our shows this weekend have been selected as Top Tickets for the week by The Roanoke Times, including this nice little quote about us:

See you Saturday at the Floyd Town Jubilee, and at Sunken Garden Sundays in Radford!

Floyd Town Jubilee and Sunken Garden Sundays!

Next weekend we’ve got two great area shows — come make a joyful noise with us!

Saturday, June 20 we’re going to be part of the Floyd Town Jubilee, an all-day free street festival in beautiful Floyd, Virginia. We play at 5:30 pm, but the music runs all day starting at 11 am!

Sunday, June 21 we’re opening for the Infamous Stringdusters as part of the Sunken Garden Sundays series at Nesselrod on the New in Radford. It’s a great outdoor amphitheater, and we’re opening for a great band! We play at 5 pm, and tickets are $10 for lawn seats, $15 amphitheater.

Busy May

This afternoon we’ll be playing for the graduation party for VT’s VetMed school, then a Monday radio appearance for WVRU’s The Listening Room program in Radford. Next weekend we’ve got a wedding, and then on the 30th we’ll be late-night rocking at Awful Arthur’s in Blacksburg. We’re making progress towards a new CD, too — stay tuned!
